Starfix Neutral Clear Glaze, offers a professional finishing touch to Danish, puff pastry, breakfast pastries, fruit tarts, tartlets, tortes, quick breads and fruit decorated cakes.
Highest quality Neutral Clear Glaze with no flavor or color.
Produces a beautiful shiny glaze to pastries.
Direction of use:
Add 40% water to the glaze. (Water40g : Glaze100g)
Bring to a boil, apply with pastry brush to bakery items.
Can also be used in spray machine.
**With a spray gun : for 1kg of Starfix IP40 and 0.41 of room tempered water in mixing bowl and mix 2mins at high speed. The glaze is now ready to use with the glazing machine (minimum temperature 80-90c).
